FAQ
Answers to common questions
We address technical objections and operational requirements.
The primary data required is energy consumption history. We assess the availability and accessibility of your BMS data (read/write capabilities) from the outset.
When necessary, a preliminary BMS audit and optimization can be carried out to secure the project. Missing or discontinuous data is common and is not necessarily a deal-breaker: our algorithms can compensate for many of these gaps.
👉 What matters is not data perfection, but data usability.
- Our commitment is progressive, structured, and shared at every stage of the project. Once data is verified, contractual performance guarantees can be established.
- Our AI-driven management service comes with a 12-month commitment—one of the shortest in the industry.
👉 This is a deliberate choice: our clients stay because they are satisfied, not because they are locked into a contract.
- The fundamental principles of HVAC remain the same regardless of the building type. We work with standard equipment: boilers, chillers, heat pumps, air handling units (AHUs), hot/chilled water networks, and fan coil units (FCUs).
👉 What varies from one asset to another are the specific usage and operational constraints.
- Whether for offices, nursing homes, industrial sites, or hospitals, these constraints are integrated into our specifications from day one.
- Without a clear methodology, savings are just claims. With a recognized method, they become measurable and verifiable.
- Results are evaluated according to the IPMVP protocol—the global industry standard—which accounts for weather normalization (degree days) and operational variables.
👉 This approach is identical to that of top-tier engineering firms, making our results fully auditable by independent third parties.
Occupant comfort is a non-negotiable prerequisite and a core part of our specifications. AI-driven management eliminates the "hunting" effect (oscillations) often responsible for thermal discomfort.
The AI also prioritizes the most disadvantaged areas (cold spots or unfavorable exposures) to ensure consistent, stable temperatures throughout the entire building.
Integration is performed in one of two ways, depending on your existing infrastructure:
- Via a multi-protocol gateway on standard field networks (BACnet, LON),
- Or directly at the supervisory level, requiring no additional hardware.
We conduct a BMS diagnostic at the start of every project to assess interoperability.
👉 If gaps are identified, we offer BMS Project Management Assistance (AMO) to bring the system up to standard.
👉 In most cases, the BMS is already interoperable. The diagnostic simply confirms eligibility for AI-driven management and secures the project's success.
